B5 Vitamins

Have you ever heard of using B5 vitamins to cure your acne? I would understand if you haven't. I had never heard of it either before I came across it.

I had struggled with acne for 7 years and had tried everything you can think as far as topical applied products goes. Every skin cream & pad & ointment on the market! I found that none of them really did much of anything except make my skin more irritated.

It's at this point that I came across the idea of using Vilantae brand B5 vitamins for acne treatment. At first I was very skeptical because I I had never heard of it before and because it was taken internally and I had only hear of topical acne treatments before.

But then I learned about how Accutane is also an internally taken vitamin based treatment and that it is widely accepted as the most powerful acne treatment. But unfortunately Accutane comes with some big problems. It has many very negative side effects, is very expensive, and only comes with a prescription! This rules it out for most people.

But what Accutane did do is legitimize the idea that acne is actually caused internally, not on skin level! And the more I learn about acne the more I found out that this is the truth. Acne is caused by an overproduction of oil inside the body!

That's how Vilantae works. It stops that overproduction of oil inside the body. This doesn't just cover up acne like a acne skin ointment does, it actually stops it from happening in the first place. It's truly remarkable.

After struggling with acne for years I cleared it completely in less than a week and it's never come back! I cannot recommend this any higher to anyone who suffers from acne problems.

Vitamin B5 suppresses insulin like growth factor 1 which is a culprit in diet induced acne. Vitamin B5 metabolizes sugars and when you have a high carbohydrate diet which is all high glycaemic you get a spike or rise in your blood sugar levels. This spike in insulin triggers more testosterone production.

So Yes it does work. You would find however by possibly adjusting your diet you can also minimise acne without the need for supplementing Vitamin B5

Does this really work? I've heard bad and good things about the product.
